Stamparatus Reservation Window

Today starts the second Stamparatus Reservation Window!  Yes - it is a super awesome, must have tool.

Check out this video from Stampin' Up! about this tool:

Here is some information regarding reservations from Stampin' Up!:

With the launch of this tool, we are trying something different: testing a new reservation system. You reserve your spot and we guarantee shipment as soon as the product arrives in our warehouse. Demonstrators and customers will place reservations and receive their product at the same time. This system will allow us to get the product to market as soon as possible while avoiding backorders and efficiently managing inventory.
The global launch will feature two reservation windows. For each window, please note the following:
  • The first reservation window was while supplies last. For the second reservation window, we are not limiting the maximum number of reservations we will accept. The reservation window will stay open from December 5-30.
  • For the first reservation window the limit was 3 tools per demonstrator and 1 tool per customer. For the second reservation window, the limit is 1 tool per demonstrator and 1 tool per customer.
  • If you and your customers participated in the first reservation window, you may also participate in the second reservation window.
  • In order to reserve your Stamparatus, you are required to provide your credit card information.
  • Credit cards will not be charged until the Stamparatus ships from our facility. When you close your order, be sure to verify that your credit card and shipping information is correct.
  • Product dimensions are 8" x 8" x 7/8".

Reservation window:  December 5 - 30, 2017.  Ends December 30th at 11:50PM MST

Available to ship:  Shipping begins March 19, 2018.  Depending on the number of reservations Stampin' Up! receives, they may stagger Available-to-Ship Dates.  You will receive additional communication once you place your reservation.

I am BEYOND excited about this new product - especially since I was a member of the team of demonstrators called L2L that participated in the product development.

What is the Stamparatus?  It's a new stamp positioning tool!  What I like THE BEST is this eliminates the halo problems!  YES!

The Lazy Stamper Strikes Again!

Lazy Stamper is back with another super sweet Christmas card!  I just love the two-step stamping!  It's so easy to create awesome images!

  • Stamp Sets: Season Like Christmas Stamp Set (144860)
  • Inks: Pear Pizzazz (131180), Old Olive (126953), & Chocolate Chip (126979) Classic Stampin’ Pads; Basic Black Archival Stampin’ Ink (140931)
  • Paper: Whisper White (100730), & Basic Black (121045) Cardstock (100702); Merry Little Christmas Designer Series Paper
  • Other: Big Shot (143263), Layering Ovals Framelits (141706), SNAIL Adhesive (104332), Stampin’ Dimensionals (104430)

  • Whisper White: 5-1/2” x 8-1/2”, scored and folded at 4-1/4”
  • Whisper White: 2” x 3-3/4” + small piece of scrap
  • Basic Black: 2-1/4” x 4” + small piece of scrap
  • Merry Little Christmas DSP: 5-1/4” x 1-1/2”

  1. Using Pear Pizzazz ink, stamp the tree image that has the most coverage onto the smaller piece of Whisper White card stock.  Using Old Olive ink, stamp the tree with the lesser amount of coverage over top of the first image, being careful to line up the openings in the tree images (this is where the trunk will be stamped.
  2. Stamp the tree trunk on the image using Chocolate Chip ink.
    • **Note**  It is easy to line up the trunk because of the openings down the center of the tree.  Be careful not to get too much ink on the stamp because otherwise you will have a line on the trunk where you don’t want one.
  3. Adhere the stamped image to the Basic Black cardstock.  Adhere the Merry Little Christmas DSP to the Whisper White card base, and adhere the stamped image layer to the card base, offsetting the tree image to the left of center.
  4. Using Memento ink, stamp the sentiment onto your Whisper White scrap.  Using your Big Shot and the smallest oval from the Layering Ovals Framelits, die cut the image.  Use the smallest scalloped oval Framelit to cut an additional oval from Basic Black cardstock.  Adhere the two together and then adhere the sentiment to the card using dimensionals.
