Wild Card!

At first glance, I was not thrilled with this paper.  

However...

The more I play with it, the more I love it!  There are so many projects with just this one paper pack!

It's a little difficult to see all the patterns in the catalog, but hop over to the online store and zoom in.  Lots of awesome patterns!

Here's a little "Wild Card" to get those creative juices flowing!








Supplies:

  • Stamp SetsPieces & Patterns(w-143840, c-143843)
  • Paper – Emerald Envy Card Stock (141415); Basic Black Card Stock (121045); Crumb Cake Card Stock (120953); Crushed Curry Card Stock (131199); Pick a Pattern DSP (144163)
  • Stamp Pads –Tuxedo Black Memento Pad (132708)
  • Misc. –Emerald Envy 3/8” Striped Grosgrain Ribbon (144226);  Metallic Enamel Shapes (141678); Mini Glue Dots (103683); Stampin’ Dimensionals (104430)

Measurements: 

  • Emerald Envy Card Stock:  8½” x 5½”
  • Basic Black Card Stock:  4½” x 3½”
  • Crumb Cake Card Stock:  4¼” x 3¼”
  • Crushed Curry Card Stock:  2” x 1”
  • Emerald Envy 3/8” Striped Grosgrain Ribbon:  7"

Instructions:

  1. Fold Emerald Envy Card Stock in half and crease with bone folder to form card base.
  2. Stamp Wild greeting on Crumb Cake card stock in lower right corner using Tuxedo Black Ink.   
  3. Adhere DSP to Crumb Cake.
  4. Adhere this Crumb Cake panel to Basic Black card stock.  
  5. Adhere Crushed Curry card stock to upper left corner to form a mat.  
  6. Wrap 5” piece of ribbon around the bottom of the DSP and adhere to back.
  7. Take 4” piece of ribbon, slide under ribbon on card stock and tie in knot.  Trim ends.  
  8. Add a Metallic Enamel Shape to left of greeting.
  9. Adhere to front of card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
