At first glance, I was not thrilled with this paper.
However...
The more I play with it, the more I love it! There are so many projects with just this one paper pack!
It's a little difficult to see all the patterns in the catalog, but hop over to the online store and zoom in. Lots of awesome patterns!
Here's a little "Wild Card" to get those creative juices flowing!

Measurements:
- Emerald Envy Card Stock: 8½” x 5½”
- Basic Black Card Stock: 4½” x 3½”
- Crumb Cake Card Stock: 4¼” x 3¼”

Ribbon: 7"
Instructions:
- Fold Emerald Envy Card
Stock in half and crease with bone folder to form card base.
- Stamp Wild greeting on Crumb Cake card
stock in lower right corner using Tuxedo Black Ink.
- Adhere DSP to Crumb Cake.
- Adhere this Crumb Cake panel to Basic Black card stock.
- Adhere Crushed Curry card stock to upper left
corner to form a mat.
- Wrap 5” piece of
ribbon around the bottom of the DSP and adhere to back.
- Take 4” piece of ribbon, slide
under ribbon on card stock and tie in knot.
Trim ends.
- Add a Metallic Enamel
Shape to left of greeting.
- Adhere to front of card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
I have this sentiment in vinyl on my wall. It's my reminder! Why? Because everyday life seems to get in the way. Being creative, even for 10 - 15 minutes, helps to soothe and re-focus me.

Measurements:
- Old Olive: 5½” x 8½”, score and
fold at 4¼”
- Shimmery White: 4”x 2½”, plus a
scrap for the wood stamps and clothespin
- Color Theory DSP: 4” x 5¼”
Instructions:
- Using Basic Black Archival ink, stamp
the following pot of brushes on the 4”x 2½” piece of shimmery white
cardstock, and stamp the wood stamp image and the clothes pin on the scrap of
shimmery white cardstock
- Using the Watercolor pencils put color
on to the images and “pull” the color with the blender pen.
- Cut out the wood stamp and clothespin
images.
- Attach the DSP to the front of the Old
Olive card base, adhere the brushes image to the DSP.
- Stamp the words in Archival Basic Black
ink onto the DSP
- Add adhesive to the back of the
clothespin image, wrap the clothes pin with baker’s twine.
- Attach the stamp image and clothespin
image with dimensionals.

When I saw the preview of this set, I just had to have it. That one chicken just looks SASSY! :)
I'm pretty sure that's a Polish chicken. I found this photo on the internet. I think the Stampin' Up! artists did an awesome job!
Here's the card today using this set and the Succulent Garden Designer Series Paper. Did you know you can get the paper FREE also?
To color the chick, I first colored with the Daffodil Delight pencil. Then I added some Calypso Coral and made sure to overlap the two colors. Then the magic occurs!
I used the Blender Pen to start blending the colors together. Notice I was not too careful and also let the colors mingle. Also, a word of caution... Don't overdo the Blender Pen on Whisper White. You get little pills of paper and an ugly mess. Trust Me! :)
Then, use the Pumpkin Pie pencil and add color to the beak and the legs. Don't use the Blender Pen here in these small spots. It just makes it messy!
