For Kentucky, it's not that unusual to be in the 80's in September.
But Iowa? That's another story!
I grew up in Iowa and September was usually 70's and by the end of September, 60's. They have had Kentucky weather this week!
So, I thought this project would be the best right now. :)
Supplies:
- Stamps: Colorful Seasons Bundle (145348)
- Ink: Old Olive stamp pad (126953), Daffodil Delight stamp pad (126944)
- Cardstock: Old Olive (100702) , Whisper White (100730) , Daffodil Delight Cardstock (119683), Color Theory Designer Series Paper Stack (144193)
- Misc: Lemon Lime Twist 1/4" Ombre Ribbon (144234), Daffodil Delight 1/4" Double Stitched Ribbon (144116), Multipurpose Liquid Glue (110755), Foam Adhesive Strips (141825)
Measurements:
- Whisper White: 5 1/2" x 8 1/2" card base; scrap for drinks
- Color Theory DSP: 4" x 5 1/4"
- Daffodil Delight: 2 x 2 1/2"
- Old Olive: 2" x 2 1/2"
Instructions:
- Add 6" of both ribbons to the front of the DSP with the ends adhered to the back.
- Stamp 'You make me smile." with Old Olive stamp pad on top of DSP.
- Using the chair die, cut two ~ one in Daffodil Delight, one in Old Olive. Adhere to the card using the Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
- Stamp drinks on Whisper White scraps and cut out with the drink die. Adhere with the Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
- Adhere the decorative DSP panel to the base card using Foam Adhesive Strips.
